U2 SnRNP A Antibody (B-3) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects U2 SnRNP A protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). U2 SnRNP A (B-3) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. U2 SnRNP A protein, also known as SNRPA1 or U2A, plays a crucial role in pre-mRNA splicing, essential for proper gene expression. U2 SnRNP A protein functions as a key component of U2 small nuclear ribonucleoprotein (snRNP) complex, involved in spliceosome formation that catalyzes intron removal from pre-mRNA.
