TRMT6 Antibody (F-3) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects TRMT6 protein of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). TRMT6 (F-3) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. In response to DNA damage, TRMT6 may undergo phosphorylation by ATM or ATR, highlighting a role in cellular stress responses.
