What is the composition and pH of this TBS?

Asked by: Stephanie W
Thank you for your question. A 10X solution contains 1.37M Sodium Chloride, 0.027M Potassium Chloride, and 0.25M Tris/Tris-HCl. The pH is on average 7.4, but it can vary from lot to lot since the exact pH information is lot specific. Here is a sample of a CoA for this product: http://datasheets.scbt.com/coa/coa.php?sc=sc-24951&lot=A2119
