Tosufloxacin tosylate is a fluoroquinolone antibacterial agent. Tosufloxacin tosylate is also a bacterial Topo (DNA gyrase, topoisomerase)) inhibitor. Tosufloxacin tosylate is effective against Gram-positive and Gram-negative aerobic bacteria, anaerobic bacteria and Chlamydia trachomatis.
