TLR3 Antibody (TLR3.7) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects TLR3 protein of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunofluorescence (IF), flow cytometry (FCM), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). TLR3 Antibody (TLR3.7) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. TLR3 plays a crucial role in the immune response by recognizing double-stranded RNA, a molecular pattern associated with viral infections, which triggers the activation of nuclear factor kappa B (NFκB) and the production of type I interferons.
