    SEE ALSO...

TIG3 Antibody (LW-M10) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects TIG3 protein of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-TIG3 antibody (LW-M10) is available as a non-conjugated monoclonal isotype antibody. TIG3, a member of the H-rev107 family, plays a crucial role as a growth regulator and is essential for mediating the growth-suppressive effects of retinoids, which are vital in cancer therapy and skin health. TIG3 is widely expressed across various tissues, although absent in heart, testis, and brain, highlighting specific functional roles in other organs. TIG3 expression is particularly significant in skin, hair follicles, and endothelial cells, where TIG3 contributes to the regulation of cellular growth and differentiation. TIG3 is activated by tazarotene, a synthetic retinoid, which underscores TIG3′s importance in therapeutic contexts, especially in the treatment of skin disorders and certain cancers. Using TIG3 monoclonal antibody (LW-M10) in research can provide valuable insights into the mechanisms of retinoid action and tumor-suppressive properties of TIG proteins.
