I've bought 1gram tmq from Santa Cruz. I plan to dissolve 10mg of thymoquinone in 100%DMSO 610microlitre (to make 100mM stock solution) &I want to make serial dilution to get 0.1% dmso by adding endotoxin free water or pbs ph7.4.
Is it possible?thank you

Thank you for your question. The solubility of this chemical, Thymoquinone: sc-215986, in DMSO is 10mg/mL. It would be difficult to dissolve 10mg in 610 microlitre DMSO. Thymoquinone is insoluble in water. It is not recommended to add water or PBS because the chemical may separate out.
