THUMPD1 Antibody (J-R7) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects THUMPD1 protein of human origin by immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-THUMPD1 antibody (J-R7) is available as a non-conjugated format. THUMPD1 plays a crucial role in RNA modification pathways, specifically through THUMPD1′s THUMP domain, which is an ancient 100-110 amino acid motif found in proteins involved in these processes.
