QUICK LINKS

Thiabendazole functions by inhibiting the growth of fungi and molds. It acts by disrupting the synthesis of microtubules in the fungal cells, leading to the inhibition of cell division and growth. Thiabendazole interferes with the energy production and metabolism of the fungi, ultimately leading to their death. Thiabendazole disrupts the normal functioning of the fungal cells by binding to specific proteins and enzymes, thereby disrupting their normal cellular processes.
