TCS 2312 is a selective and potent checkpoint kinase 1 (Chk1) inhibitor (Ki = 0.38 nM, EC50 = 60 nM). TCS 2312 enhances Gemcitabine′s cell killing activity in prostate and breast cancer cell lines. TCS 2312 inhibits cell proliferation in vitro.
