    SEE ALSO...

TCP-10 Antibody (E-6) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b kappa light chain antibody that detects TCP-10 protein of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). TCP-10 (E-6) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. TCP-10, also known as t-complex 10 homolog or TCP10A, consists of 353 amino acids and belongs to the TCP10 family, which plays a crucial role in cellular processes such as protein folding and stress response. TCP-10 is primarily located in the cytoplasm and is involved in the regulation of chaperone activity, which is essential for maintaining cellular homeostasis and preventing the aggregation of misfolded proteins. Proper functioning of TCP-10 is vital, as disruptions in TCP-10 activity can lead to various diseases, including neurodegenerative disorders and certain cancers. The gene encoding TCP-10 is situated on human chromosome 6q27, a region significant not only for high gene density but also for association with several genetic disorders, including early onset intestinal cancer and bipolar disorder. Anti-TCP-10 antibody (E-6) enables valuable insights into TCP-10′s role in health and disease, making TCP-10 (E-6) monoclonal antibody an essential tool for studies focused on cellular stress responses and related pathologies.
