TACE Antibody (B-6) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects TACE protein of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). TACE (B-6) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. TACE protein, also known as TNFα converting enzyme, plays a crucial role in the regulation of inflammatory responses by cleaving the membrane-bound precursor of tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNFα) to release its soluble form.
