Synaptotagmin VII Antibody (4H4) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects Synaptotagmin VII protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-Synaptotagmin VII antibody (4H4) is available as a non-conjugated format. Synaptotagmin VII is a member of the synaptotagmin family, consisting of integral membrane proteins crucial for regulating synaptic vesicle trafficking and neurotransmitter release. Synaptotagmin VII primarily resides in the cytoplasm and associates with synaptic vesicles, functioning as a calcium sensor to facilitate vesicle fusion with plasma membrane during exocytosis.
