Sulforhodamine 101 DHPE is a Fluorescent phospholipid probe. Sulforhodamine 101 DHPE is used in resonance energy transfer microscopy as an energy transfer acceptor. Sulforhodamine 101 DHPE is a red fluorescent dye with excitation/emission spectra 586/605 nm. Sulforhodamine 101 DHPE integrates into phospholipid bilayers. Sulforhodamine 101 DHPE is also used for proteinligand binding on bilayers.
