Succinaldehyde Disodium Bisulfite is a neutralizing agent with a relatively low molecular weight, used in polyester manufacturing. It can be used to convert carboxylate groups into phenolic groups, which are valuable in crosslinking reactions. Succinaldehyde Disodium Bisulfite plays a significant role in the production of polyurethane. Its is often used as an extender and stabilizer for resins, coatings, and adhesives.
