SR-1D Antibody (H-4) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects SR-1D of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). SR-1D (H-4) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. SR-1D, also known as the 5-Hydroxytryptamine Receptor 1D, is a member of the G-protein-coupled receptor family, which plays a crucial role in neurotransmission and signal transduction. Located primarily in the central nervous system, SR-1D is involved in modulating serotonin signaling, which is essential for regulating mood, anxiety, and various physiological processes. SR-1D interacts with different G proteins to exert diverse effects on cellular signaling pathways, influencing both excitatory and inhibitory responses depending on the context.
