SPAG6 Antibody (H-4) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody specific for an epitope mapping between amino acids 356-374 of SPAG6 of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). SPAG6 monoclonal antibody (H-4) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. SPAG6, also known as sperm-associated antigen 6, PF16, or Repro-SA-1, is a cytoplasmic protein characterized by eight armadillo repeats, which are crucial for mediating protein-protein interactions.
