Sox-18 Antibody (D-8) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects Sox-18 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Sox-18 (D-8) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Sox-18 protein, a 384 amino acid nuclear protein, plays a crucial role in the regulation of gene expression during development, particularly in the formation of blood vessels and hair follicles.
