Sotalol-d6 Hydrochloride is a deuterium labeled compound categorized with class III antiarrhythmic activity with a mechanism of action that prolongs the action potential and refraction of cardiac tissue through non-selective yet potent beta-adronergic blocking activity. The compound does not retain any membrane stabilizing properties. Sotalol-d6 Hydrochloride is a potent alpha-AR (alpha-adrenergic receptor) antagonist.
