Sos SH3 domain inhibitor is a biologically active peptide. The SH3 binding sequence of Sos which blocks Sos/GRB2 interaction, preventing Ras activation via receptor protein tyrosine kinases.

Hi, I'm wondering whether sc-3124:Sos SH3 domain inhibitor is cell permeable? Can it work in cells? Thank you!

Thank you for your question. We could not find any information supporting that sc-3124 is cell permeable. We have found journal articles indicating that Sos SH3 domain inhibitor has been shown to inhibit GRB2/SOS interaction in CD34+ cells. Please refer to PubMed, PMID: 3327923.
