SOD-3 Antibody (A-11) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects SOD-3 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). anti-SOD-3 antibody (A-11) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. SOD-3, also known as extracellular superoxide dismutase (EC-SOD), plays a crucial role in protecting tissues from oxidative stress by catalyzing the dismutation of superoxide radicals into oxygen and hydrogen peroxide, thereby mitigating cellular damage caused by reactive oxygen species (ROS).
