    SEE ALSO...

SNAPC 43 Antibody (3025C1a) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody that detects SNAPC 43 of human origin by western blotting (WB) and immunoprecipitation (IP). Anti-SNAPC 43 antibody (3025C1a) is available as the non-conjugated format. SNAPC 43 plays a crucial role in the regulation of gene transcription, particularly in the context of small nuclear RNA (snRNA) synthesis. SNAPC 43 serves as a key component of the snRNA-activating protein complex (SNAPC), which is essential for the transcriptional activation of both RNA polymerase II and III. This complex is unique because SNAPC binds to a non-TATA-box proximal sequence element (PSE), allowing for the regulation of basal transcription in a manner distinct from traditional TATA-box binding mechanisms. SNAPC complex is composed of five subunits, with SNAPC 43 (also known as PTFγ) interacting with other subunits such as SNAPC 50, which contains zinc finger motifs that facilitate this interaction. Assembly of these subunits is critical for the formation of a functional transcription regulator, highlighting SNAPC 43′s importance in the transcriptional machinery of the cell. Using SNAPC 43 (3025C1a) monoclonal antibody can provide valuable insights into the mechanisms of gene regulation and the intricate processes that govern RNA synthesis in human cells.
