SESN2 Antibody (41-K) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a antibody that detects SESN2 in human samples through various applications including western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). SESN2, also known as sestrin 2, HI95, SES2, or SEST2, is a 480 amino acid protein belonging to the sestrin family of PA26-related proteins, which are crucial for cellular stress responses. SESN2 is primarily located in the cytoplasm and translocates to the nucleus under stress conditions, highlighting SESN2′s role in cellular signaling pathways that regulate growth and survival. Anti-SESN2 antibody (41-K) helps researchers study how SESN2 modulates cellular responses to oxidative stress and DNA damage, maintaining cellular homeostasis and preventing toxicity.
