SerpinB12 Antibody (H3-1B) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects SerpinB12 protein of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and immunohistochemistry. Anti-SerpinB12 antibody (H3-1B) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. SerpinB12 plays a crucial role in regulating proteolytic activity within the extracellular environment, specifically acting as an inhibitor of trypsin-like serine proteinases, including mast cell tryptases. This function helps maintain homeostasis in inflammatory responses and tissue remodeling, preventing excessive protease activity that could lead to tissue damage or pathological conditions.
