SerpinA6 Antibody (Y19-E) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects SerpinA6 protein of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-SerpinA6 antibody (Y19-E) is available as a non-conjugated format. SerpinA6, also known as corticosteroid-binding globulin (CBG) or Transcortin, is a 405 amino acid α-globulin secreted protein synthesized primarily in the liver. SerpinA6 plays a crucial role in the transport of progestins and glucocorticoids in the bloodstream, thereby influencing the physiological effects of these hormones.
