SD 1008 is a chemical compound that functions as a potent and selective inhibitor of Janus kinase 2 (JAK2) and Fms-like tyrosine kinase 3 (FLT3). It exerts its mechanism of action by binding to the ATP-binding site of JAK2 and FLT3, thereby inhibiting their kinase activity. This inhibition leads to the suppression of downstream signaling pathways involved in cell proliferation, differentiation, and survival.
