    Salmonella paratyphi 0-2 Antibody (10B10G) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody that detects the Salmonella paratyphi 0-2 protein of Salmonella paratyphi origin by immunofluorescence (IF). Anti-Salmonella paratyphi 0-2 antibody (10B10G) is available as the non-conjugated format. Salmonella paratyphi 0-2 (10B10G) monoclonal antibody plays a crucial role in identifying Salmonella paratyphi, a gram-negative, motile, facultatively anaerobic, rod-shaped bacterium that is a member of the Enterobacteriaceae family and is responsible for bacterial enteric fever. Salmonella paratyphi 0-2 protein is vital for the bacterium′s pathogenicity, as this protein facilitates the invasion of host cells and the subsequent establishment of infection. Understanding Salmonella paratyphi 0-2 protein function is essential, as this research helps develop targeted therapies and vaccines to combat infections caused by this pathogen. Salmonella paratyphi bacteria are transmitted through contact with feces or contaminated food, leading to severe symptoms such as fever, malaise, and organ infection. The O-2 factor of Salmonella paratyphi is specific to group A Salmonella, and the serovar Paratyphi A is particularly concerning as this serovar is restricted to humans and can lead to Typhoid fever in various regions worldwide.
