Sall3 Antibody (A-9) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody that detects Sall3 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). anti-Sall3 antibody (A-9) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates, providing versatility for different experimental needs. Sall3 protein, also known as sal-like 3, plays a crucial role in embryonic development as a transcription regulator, influencing the expression of genes necessary for proper cellular differentiation and organogenesis. Notably, Sall3 is expressed in specific regions of the developing brain, including the hippocampus and thalamic nuclei, highlighting its importance in neurodevelopment. Sall3 protein′s ability to interact with other transcription factors and regulatory proteins is essential for orchestrating complex developmental processes, making Sall3 a significant focus of research in developmental biology and neurogenetics. Understanding the function and interactions of Sall3 can provide insights into various developmental disorders and potential therapeutic targets.
