SEE ALSO...

RXRβ Antibody (11-13) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects human RXR beta protein by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). RXRβ (11-13) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase, phycoerythrin, fluorescein isothiocyanate, and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. RXR beta protein plays a crucial role in the regulation of gene expression as a member of the retinoid X receptor family, which is essential for mediating the effects of retinoic acid, a vital signaling molecule involved in numerous biological processes such as cell differentiation, growth, and development. RXR beta, along with isoforms RXRα and RXRγ, forms heterodimers with other nuclear receptors, including retinoic acid receptors (RARs), thyroid hormone receptors, and vitamin D3 receptors, thereby influencing a wide array of physiological functions. RXR beta interaction with various ligands, including 9-cis-retinoic acid, highlights importance in cellular signaling pathways and potential implications in developmental biology and disease states. RXRβ (11-13) monoclonal antibody enables valuable insights into functional dynamics of RXR beta and role in gene regulation and cellular processes.

When should the TransCruz reagent sc-742 X be used instead of the standard form sc-742?

Asked by: Dr Ninau Qelp
Thank you for your question. We recommend using the TransCruz reagent form when performing ChIP or GelShift assays. This form can also be used in other applications such as Western Blot or IHC, but the dilution should be adjusted by a factor of 10 to account for the higher original concentration.
