    SEE ALSO...

RT1-Bα Antibody (6A603) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody that detects RT1-B alpha protein of mouse and rat origin by immunofluorescence (IF). Anti-RT1-B alpha antibody (6A603) is available as non-conjugated format, providing researchers with a reliable tool for studying the major histocompatibility complex (MHC) in rats, which plays a crucial role in immune response. RT1-B alpha (6A603) monoclonal antibody recognizes a dimer composed of an alpha and beta glycoprotein chain, homologous to the I-A and I-E genes found in the H-2 complex of mice. Understanding RT1-B structure is vital, as this directly influences antigen presentation to T helper cells, thereby facilitating immune recognition and response. MHC Class II antigens, such as RT1-B, are essential for studying interactions between T helper cells and class II positive antigen-presenting cells, including dendritic cells, B cells, and macrophages. RT1-B alpha (6A603) antibody can also stain stromal cells in the thymus, offering new insights into T helper cell development and overall dynamics of the immune system.
