RSU1 Antibody (1C6) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects RSU1 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-RSU1 antibody (1C6) is available as a non-conjugated format. RSU1, also known as Ras suppressor protein 1 or RSP1, is a highly conserved 277 amino acid protein ubiquitously expressed in mammalian cells, playing a crucial role in cellular signaling pathways. RSU1 features seven leucine-rich repeats (LRRs) that facilitate protein-binding capabilities, essential for function in the Ras signal transduction pathway. This pathway regulates cell growth and differentiation, and RSU1 has been implicated in growth inhibition and nerve-growth factor-induced differentiation processes.
