Rock-2 Antibody (D-11) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects ROCK2 (also known as Rock-2 or Rho associated coiled-coil containing protein kinase 2) of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Rock-2 (D-11) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. ROCK2 plays a crucial role in regulating the actin cytoskeleton, which is essential for various cellular processes such as cell shape, motility, and division.
