QUICK LINKS

Ro-32-0432 is a cell-permeable selective inhibitor of PKC displaying a 10-fold greater selectivity for PKC-alpha (IC50 = 9.3 nM) and a 4-fold greater selectivity for PKC-betaI over PKC- epsilon (IC50 = 108 nM). Ro-32-0432 prevents T cell-driven chronic inflammatory responses in several rat models. Ro-32-0432 represents an approach to elucidate the mechanisms of interaction between PKC and the immune system.
