    SEE ALSO...

RNF25 Antibody (E-10) is a mouse monoclonal IgG3 kappa light chain antibody that detects RNF25 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-RNF25 antibody (E-10) is available as the non-conjugated form. RNF25, also known as RING finger protein 25 or AO7, is a 459 amino acid protein characterized by the presence of one RWD domain and one RING-type zinc finger. The RING-type zinc finger is crucial as RNF25 facilitates E2-dependent E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase activity, which is essential for the ubiquitination process. Ubiquitination serves as a vital regulatory mechanism that targets short-lived or abnormal proteins for degradation, thereby maintaining cellular homeostasis and regulating various biological processes. RNF25′s ability to interact with E2 ligases allows specific target protein ubiquitination, influencing stability and function. Additionally, RNF25 may play a role in modulating NFκB p65 transcriptional activity, a key player in cell survival, inflammation, and immune responses. RNF25′s versatility in these critical cellular functions underscores its importance in both normal physiology and disease states, making RNF25 (E-10) antibody a valuable tool for researchers studying ubiquitination and its implications in various biological contexts.

What application is the blocking peptide sc-398749 P appropriate for?

    Asked by: Trav11
Thank you for your question. The blocking peptide is intended for use as a negative control, by pre-adsorbing the mouse monoclonal antibody against the antigen. For full protocol details, please contact our Technical Services Department or view our online protocol here: https://www.scbt.com/scbt/resources/protocols/peptide-neutralization
