    SEE ALSO...

RNF113B Antibody (A-8) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody specific for an epitope mapping between amino acids 60-88 of RNF113B of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-RNF113B antibody (A-8) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates, providing versatility for different experimental needs. RNF113B, also known as ring finger protein 113B, zinc finger protein 183-like 1 (ZNF183L1), or RNF161, is a 322 amino acid protein characterized by the presence of a RING-type zinc finger motif, which is crucial for its role in the ubiquitination pathway, a key mechanism for protein degradation and regulation within the cell. RNF113B′s ability to facilitate the attachment of ubiquitin molecules to target proteins is vital for maintaining cellular homeostasis and regulating various biological processes, including cell cycle progression and response to stress. The gene encoding RNF113B is located on human chromosome 13, a region that is significant not only for its dense gene content, including critical genes like BRCA2 and RB1, but also for its association with genetic disorders such as trisomy 13, which can lead to severe developmental issues. The study of RNF113B and its interactions is essential for understanding the complexities of cellular regulation and the implications of its dysfunction in various diseases. These characteristics highlight RNF113B (A-8) antibody′s utility as a crucial tool for studying the role of RNF113B in ubiquitination, cellular regulation, and disease-associated processes.
