Ribosomal Protein S14 Antibody (3G5) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects Ribosomal Protein S14 (RPS14) of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-RPS14 antibody (3G5) is available as the non-conjugated format. RPS14, also known as EMTB, is a crucial 151 amino acid component of the small ribosomal 40S subunit, which plays a vital role in protein synthesis. RPS14 is localized in the cytoplasm and belongs to the S11P family of ribosomal proteins, exhibiting high conservation across various species, which underscores its fundamental importance in cellular function.
