Rho Kinase Inhibitor IV is a glycyl analog of Rho-Kinase Inhibitor which inhibits ROCK with an improved selectivity at 6 nM. When the compound was applied to rabbit ocular hypertensive models the compound demonstrated the ability to reduce intraocular pressure.
