RFC3 Antibody (G-10) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects RFC3 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). RFC3 (G-10) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. The replication factor C (RFC) complex, which includes RFC3, plays a critical role in DNA metabolism, particularly in DNA replication, repair, and telomere maintenance. RFC3 is essential for loading proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) onto DNA, a process that is vital for the progression of the DNA replication fork and the coordination of DNA repair mechanisms.
