RBM10 Antibody (H-4) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects RBM10 protein of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). RBM10 (H-4) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. RBM10, also known as RNA-binding protein 10, GPATC9, MGC997, ZRANB5, or RNA-binding protein S1-1, is a crucial 930 amino acid nuclear protein that plays a significant role in post-transcriptional regulation. RBM10 contains two RNA recognition motifs, a RanBP2-type zinc finger, a C2H2-type zinc finger, and a G-patch domain, which are essential for RNA binding and processing functions. RBM10 modulates apoptosis and has been implicated in cancer proliferation, particularly through association with vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) expression. RBM10′s ability to bind RNA homopolymers suggests a critical role in alternative splicing and gene expression regulation, making RBM10 a vital component in understanding cellular processes and potential therapeutic targets in cancer biology.
