RASGEF1C Antibody (6E12) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects RASGEF1C protein of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-RASGEF1C antibody (6E12) is available as a non-conjugated format. RASGEF1C, a member of the Ras guanine nucleotide exchange factor family, plays a crucial role in cellular signaling by facilitating the exchange of GDP for GTP on Ras proteins, thereby activating them.
