RAPGEFL1 Antibody (R-93) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects RAPGEFL1 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-RAPGEFL1 antibody (R-93) is available as a non-conjugated format. RAPGEFL1 protein, also known as Link-GEFII, is a 456 amino acid guanine nucleotide exchange factor that plays a crucial role in activating various Rap proteins, which are part of the Ras superfamily of GTPases. These GTPases are essential for regulating multiple cellular functions, including cytoskeletal dynamics, nuclear signaling, and cell proliferation. RAPGEFL1 involvement in growth-factor signaling pathways is critical for processes such as cell differentiation and neurite outgrowth.
