QUICK LINKS

Ramiprilat-d5 Acyl-β-D-glucuronide is a labeled metabolite of Ramipril (sc-205833). Ramipril is an inhibitor of the angiotensin-coverting enzyme (ACE) that is reported to quickly hydrolyze into the active metabolite Ramiprilat, after absorption. Studies indicate that Ramipril is a more potent inhibitor in comparison to Zofenopril (sc-208496). Acute coronary syndrome investigations demonstrate that Ramipril increases IL-10, and decreases the levels of MCP-1 and IL-18.
