SEE ALSO...

Ral BP-1 Antibody (H-10) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody that detects Ral BP-1 of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Ral BP-1 (H-10) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Ral BP-1 plays a crucial role in cellular signaling pathways, particularly in regulating the Rho family of GTPases, which are essential for various cellular processes such as cytoskeletal dynamics, cell migration, and proliferation. Ral BP-1 contains a Rho-GTPase-activating domain that preferentially interacts with Cdc42, a member of the Rho family, thereby influencing actin cytoskeleton organization and cellular morphology. This interaction maintains normal cellular functions and can have implications in cancer biology, as dysregulation of Ral BP-1 and downstream signaling pathways may contribute to tumorigenesis. Using anti-Ral BP-1 antibody (H-10) in research can provide insights into complex signaling mechanisms involving Ral proteins and their impact on cellular behavior.
