    SEE ALSO...

RAB3IP Antibody (B-1) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects RAB3IP of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). RAB3IP Antibody (B-1) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. RAB3IP, also known as Rabin-3 or SSX2-IP, is a 406 amino acid protein that plays a crucial role in intracellular transport processes, particularly in vesicle movement between the endoplasmic reticulum and Golgi apparatus. RAB3IP facilitates the transport of newly synthesized proteins to designated locations within the cell, making RAB3IP essential for proper secretory pathway function. RAB3IP is expressed in various tissues, including placenta, brain, heart, pancreas, and kidney, and localizes to both nucleus and cytoplasm, existing in multiple alternatively spliced isoforms. RAB3IP interacts with Rab 3A, Rab 3B, and SSX2, which may influence Rab protein function and potentially regulate SSX2-induced malignancies, highlighting RAB3IP′s importance in cellular signaling and disease processes.
