    Rab11-FIP3 Antibody (6H6) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects Rab11-FIP3 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-Rab11-FIP3 antibody (6H6) is available as a non-conjugated format. Rab11-FIP3, also known as Eferin, is a critical 756 amino acid GTPase-regulating protein that plays a significant role in intracellular trafficking and recycling processes. Rab11-FIP3 contains two EF-hand domains, which are important for calcium binding and signaling, and is primarily localized to recycling endosomes. Such localization facilitates the recycling of membrane proteins and lipids, maintaining cellular homeostasis and function. Rab11-FIP3 forms a heterooligomeric complex with Rab11-FIP4, and within this complex, Rab11-FIP3 interacts with and regulates the functions of Rab 11A, Rab 11B, and Rab 25, which are essential for vesicle transport and docking. Rab11-FIP3 is involved in vesicle docking at the midbody during cytokinesis, highlighting Rab11-FIP3′s importance in cell division and maintaining the structural integrity of the endosomal recycling compartment. This multifaceted role underscores Rab11-FIP3′s significance in cellular processes, making Rab11-FIP3 (6H6) monoclonal antibody a valuable tool for researchers studying endosomal dynamics and GTPase regulation.

    Thank you for your question. Rab11-FIP3 (6H6) is recommended for detection of Rab11-FIP3 of mouse, rat and human origin by Western Blotting with a starting dilution 1:200, and a dilution range of 1:100-1:1000.

    For Western Blot, is it recommended to use denatured or non-denatured conditions with Rab11-FIP3 (6H6): sc-517043 antibody?
