Quercetin-d3 is the isotope labelled analogue of Quercetin (sc-206089), which is a flavonoid with possible anticancer properties. It acts as a mitochondrial ATPase and phosphodiesterase inhibitor. It Inhibits PI3-kinase activity and slightly inhibits PIP kinase activity. Furthermore. Quercetin has antiproliferative effects on cancer cell lines and can reduce cancer cell growth via type II estrogen receptors. It also has been shown to arrest human leukemic T cells in late G1 phase of the cell cycle.
