Thank you for your question. This chemical, Pyrimethamine Biotin: sc-219677, is able to dissolve in both DMSO and methanol at a concentration of ~3mg/ml.

Please let me know if Pyrimethamine Biotin bind to Pgp in irreversible or reversible way? Maybe you can specify this binding (covalent or different)?
