PX 12 is an irreversible and competitive inhibitor of Trx (thioredoxin-1, Trx-1). PX 12 is noted to decrease VEGF, iNOS and HIF-1alpha, expression. Additionally reported to exhibit antitumor activity and inhibit tubulin polymerization in vitro.
