QUICK LINKS

PSB 1115 is a highly selective, water-soluble, human Adenosine A2B-R antagonist. Ki values are 53.4 > 10000 and > 10000 nM at human Adenosine A2B-R, Adenosine A1-R and Adenosine A3-R, respectively. This compound is also selective versus rat Adenosine A1-R and Adenosine A2A-R (Ki values are 2200 and 24000 nM, respectively). PSB 1115 is an inhibitor of Adenosine A1-R.
