PRP8 Antibody (E-5) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects PRP8 of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-PRP8 antibody (E-5) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. PRP8, also known as pre-mRNA-processing-splicing factor 8, is a highly conserved nuclear protein that serves as a central component of the spliceosome′s catalytic core, playing a crucial role in the splicing of pre-mRNA.
